Half & full marathon training
MARATHON TRAINING FALL 2016 SESSION:
Preparing for a marathon is hard work, whether you're a first time participant or seasoned running veteran. If you need to get ready for your next big running event, we invite you to join PRC's Marathon Training Program. Our training program is designed to help you train for the Savannah Marathon or Half Marathon, but can also be used to train for ANY fall marathon or half marathon in the Hilton Head area. Our inclusive and supportive marathon training program will focus on helping you build the endurance you need to complete a marathon or half marathon to the best of your ability.
In addition to the physical aspects of half marathon/ full marathon training - all training program participants are given instruction on how to properly prepare for a race. This informative and supportive program will include pacing, nutrition, hydration, form, training principles as well as other areas to help you compete successfully.
This 16 week marathon and 12 week 1/2 training program is FREE.
