The condor is the perfect balance between organic materials and running optimization. In a full-petroleum universe, today The Condor is 53% natural-based and recycled. This is Veja’s first step into the running world and we are proud to be a part of it!

SOLE

Walk that extra mile without leaving a footprint. Made using recycled wine corks and engineered knits, these wear moldable orthopedic flip flops are easy on your feet and the planet. Cork pulls carbon out of the atmosphere and locks it away, and is also an excellent replacement for petroleum-based components. Inspired by the potential of cork, Sole launched the ReCORK program in 2008 and grew it into North America's largest natural cork wine closure recycling program. They take the recycled wine corks and use them as the primary material in their footwear line, as well as a growing line of other consumer products.

Nike’s focus is to unite the world through sport by creating a healthy planet, active communities and an equal playing field for all. Nike has been recognized as using the most recycled polyester in the industry. 73% of Nike-branded footwear and apparel contain recycled materials.

BROOKS

Brooks goal is to create the best running gear in the world all while reducing their environmental impact in line with climate science, creating positive social change and being transparent about these efforts. When is comes to their products they seek a minimum 20% recycled polyester on all shoes and all midsoles use BioMoGo DNA that includes an organic, non-toxic additive that biodegrades the midsole 50 times faster than traditional EVA.
